WHAT WE COLLECT
What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, sector, what it is about and one line. Plus the page you sent it from, so we know what you read. Nothing else.
WHY
To answer you. You asked us to, which makes it our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If it leads to an agreement, we use it to prepare that agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
WHERE IT GOES
The form sends your message as an email to our own mailbox. The website itself does not store it. The site is hosted by NameHero.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing.
SERVER LOGS
Like any website, our host records technical data on each visit: IP address, time and page. It is used to keep the site secure and deleted after two months at the latest.
HOW LONG
We keep your message for twelve months after our last contact. If it leads to an agreement, the legal retention periods for our records apply.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send you a copy. Email hallo@exitcompany.nl. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
